Donald Eldridge, DC
Donald Paul Eldridge was born in Louisville, KY on June 23, 1966. He graduated from Bishop David High School (what is now Holy Cross) in 1984. He went on to Western Kentucky University where he obtained his Bachelors in Science Degree.
In June of 1992, he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He served as president of his fraternity, Delta Sigma Chi, as well as Greek Council. He was elected to “Who’s Who In American Colleges.”
Upon graduation, Dr. Donald Eldridge returned home to Louisville to begin practicing with his father , Dr. Ramon Eldridge. Dr. Donald Eldridge continued where he left off in college by joining the Kentucky Chiropractic Society and serving as Jefferson county Regional Chairman, later becoming the Executive Secretary for the state Society.
Dr. Eldridge is currently a member of the International Chiropractic Association, Council on Fitness and Sports Health, Kentucky Chiropractic Society, Palmer Alumni Association, Delta Sigma Chi Alumni Association.
In 2007, Dr. Eldridge became certified as a Wellness Coach. This is part of the Creative Wellness System that Dr. Eldridge has instituted in his practice. The system encourages fitness, nutrition and the right thinking to create a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Donald Eldridge and his wife, Mary, have two children, Matthew and Tyler. Hobbies include water skiing, wakeboarding, bicycling and in his spare time photography.

Patrick Gentempo, Jr., DC, Chief Executive Officer An internationally renowned lecturer, researcher and business consultant for over 20 years, Dr. Gentempo is unmatched in his ability to integrate the philosophy, science, clinical practice and business of wellness. His vision for Creating Wellness was to develop a simple consumer program that incorporates all 3 dimensions of a person’s wellness – The Physical (Be Fit), Bio-Chemical (Eat Right) and Psychological (Think Well). He has received numerous awards and honors from the highest levels of the profession, and in 2007 Dr. Gentempo was inducted into the prestigious Wellness Hall of Fame.

Christopher Kent, DC, FCCI, Director of Research Dr. Kent is co-founder of the Chiropractic Leadership Alliance and a Fellow of the College of Chiropractic Imaging. He was named the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) “Chiropractic Researcher of the Year” in 1991 and “Chiropractor of the Year” in 1998. He is the author of over 100 articles in peer-reviewed and popular journals, a contributor to textbooks, and a member of the postgraduate faculties of several chiropractic colleges.

Debra Cassera, President Debra Cassera brings over 20 years of diverse business and operational experience to her role as President of CWA. During her tenure with CWA she has contributed to the controlled growth of CWA and the recent launch of the Corporate Wellness program. Prior to joining CWA, Ms. Cassera was the president and founder of Primetime Partners, Inc., a full service financial software consulting firm. Prior to starting her own business Ms. Cassera functioned as Executive Vice President and CFO of a publicly held mail order and retail company.

Thomas M. Berish, Chief Operating Officer Tom Berish brings to CWA over 20 years experience in the Sales & Marketing field promoting and selling business to business services and products. Most recently, Mr. Berish was the Vice President of Marketing for Xansa, an international Information Technology company based in London. His previous experience includes strategic planning and tactical implementation of product and brand development, promotional initiatives, market channel integration and coordination, sales force management, and budgeting.

Nathaniel Branden, Ph.D Dr. Branden, is a lecturer, practicing psychotherapist, and author of twenty books on the psychology of self-esteem. His work has been translated into 18 languages and has sold over 4 million copies, and includes such titles as Taking Responsibility, The Six Pillars of Self Esteem, and My Years with Ayn Rand. Dr. Branden provides a fresh prespective to the Sound Advice (Think Well) portion of the Creating Wellness Program.

G. Russell Reiss, MD A world renowned Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Dr. Reiss joined Creating Wellness as Medical Director in 2007. As a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Reiss came to recognize that modern technology had advanced our ability to keep people alive however it was sometimes disproportionate to their actually quality of life. As Medical Director, Dr. Reiss focuses his attention on taking a more proactive approach to health and working with the medical community to recognize this trend.
